HOW DO I RESERVE A YARD SIGN GREETING?

In order to book a yard sign greeting, fill out our BOOKING REQUEST FORM (click here).  If we have availability, we will get back to you with an invoice.  Your custom yard sign greeting is not confirmed nor guaranteed until we receive payment in full.  Payment is required within 24 hours of receiving an invoice or your reservation will be cancelled.

HOW SOON IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE A CUSTOM YARD SIGN GREETING?

We only have a limited number of openings each day due to our level of personalization and the time it takes us to design your greeting.  Therefore it is wise to reserve your Custom Yard Sign Greeting as soon as possible, preferably one month in advance.  In some cases, we can accommodate short notice so be sure to contact us to check availability if you need a Yard Sign Greeting in the immediate future.  We do charge a last minute booking fee of $25 for any greetings booked 24 hours or less in advance of the booking date.

HOW LONG IS THE YARD SIGN GREETING RENTAL PERIOD?

Our yard greeting rental is for a 24 hour period. In many cases, yard sign greetings are installed the evening before your event and removed the late evening of the event. If you are having an evening party and need the yard sign to stay on your lawn later than 8pm, please let us know. We do our best to accommodate later requests but it is not always possible depending on the amount of bookings we have.

DO YOU DELIVER IN BAD WEATHER?

We can deliver in most weather with the exception of lightning, strong winds, and severe hazardous weather. We will also not deliver if the ground is frozen or hard as our stakes will not go into the ground. If we are unable to set up your greeting because of severe weather conditions, we will contact you and you will receive a full refund.

CAN THE YARD SIGNS GET WET?

Yes! Our signs are fully waterproof so no need to worry if it rains or if your sprinklers goes on.

CAN I TAKE A PICTURE WITH MY YARD SIGN GREETING?

Yes! We encourage it and we'd love for you to send us your photo to be featured on our website and Facebook page. However, for the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around your yard sign greeting. Our signs WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it. Plus, children can trip if and when they try to jump over the signs.

CAN I ATTACH BALLOONS,  STREAMERS,  OR OTHER DECORATIONS TO MY YARD SIGN GREETING?

No! Balloons can get hot in the sun and can damage our signs if they blow against them. They can also get tangled. Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of your Custom Yard Sign Greeting. Also keep streamers and other decorations off the sign.

CAN I REMOVE YOUR SIGNS FROM MY YARD?

No, please do not remove our signs from your lawn. If you need your sign removed or taken down early for any reason, please contact us and we will take care of it. If you have LANDSCAPERS coming, please arrange for them to come before we set up or the day after your event. You are responsible for any damage landscapers do to our signs. If a sign falls because of a hard lawn, please notify us so we can fix it.

CAN YOU SET UP YOUR GREETING SIGNS ON ROCKS?

No, our signs can only be placed on grass lawns. Rocks will damage our stakes. No exceptions.

WHAT IF THE SIGN GETS DAMAGED OR STOLEN?

All signs are property of Elite Yard Creations LLC. You are responsible for any damage and will be billed accordingly if damage has occurred. 

WHAT IS THE REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand that plans change. If you decide you do not want a custom yard greeting for your event, please let us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately any orders cancelled within 48 hours of your event are non-refundable. Orders cancelled 48 hours or more in advance will be refunded. If you decide to change the date of your yard greeting booking instead, we will transfer your payment to your new booking date (assuming we have availability for your new date) up to 6 months in advance of your original booking date. However, we may not be able to accommodate last minute changes in date in which case you are not eligible for a refund.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

Due to high demand, we are currently serving just the following areas: Fairmont, Lumberton, Red Springs, St Pauls, and Rowland areas at this time. We may make exceptions for other locations. Please check with us.
